MyFax

For the purpose of this fax to email comparison, we've only compared features that all of the providers mentioned. With that being said, MyFax is probably the most feature rich of any fax to email provider. They offer a lot more for the money then any of their competitors (including toll-free fax numbers, and unlimited fax storage for a year just to name a couple). The cost is best in class at only $10 a month, and they are offering support for the most document types to be sent and converted to a fax from email.

Our top choice is for MyFax, while they don't have a free trial like eFax, the $2.95 savings a month in their service fees will make up more then the difference between an annual subscription to MyFax versus eFax

eFax

While a valiant competitor in this fax to email comparison, they just don't offer as many features to justify their higher monthly fee. Their services and quality are matched with that of most other email to fax providers. How ever there have been some discussions online about a lack of customer support when you have a problem. I unfortunately wasn't able to verify this with a major issue with their service, which I guess speaks better about their product quality.

The big bonus with eFax is the Free Trial offer. You can send 30 pages free to test their servives and receive faxes to five different email addresses.  This is a great option if you want to test out the concept of Fax to Email services, and determine if it fits your business model.
