MyFax Review
My Fax Features Review
MyFax supports a whopping 178 different file formats
(possibly a bit over kill in my opinion), and all major web
browser including Netscape, Fire Fox, and Internet Explorer. A
nice feature for the traveling person who needs access to their
received faxes is MyFax's support for free email providers such
as yahoo, hotmail, and Gmail.
When sending a fax you can send a combination of up to 9
different files at once to several different recipients. For
those that require security and encryption for their faxes SSL
encryption is available.
How easy is My Fax to use?
Can you send an email? Then you can send a Fax using MyFax.
It's as easy as sending an email the only thing that changes is
the TO: address. Here's an example:
You want to send a fax to 1-888-999-1111 so you would
address your email to
18889991111@myfax.com and send as normal. The
MyFax software takes care of the rest when it receives the
email with the documents attached.

Customer Service
I have sent inquiries using their support email, as well as
searched for answers to questions (such as how to port my old
fax number to their service) in their knowledge base. It's very
extensive and in my opinion the easiest way to get a question
answered fast. The emails I sent were replied to quickly in
less then a day and the answer was addressed each time pending
I was clear enough in what I was asking.
What if you already have a Fax Number?
No problem, you can easily try out MyFax without losing your
old fax number. Read this brief explanation of forwarding your old fax number to your new
MyFax number.
